Features and Improvements

Mozaik

• Added a "Glass" layer that may be turned off to allow cabinet interiors to be seen through glass doors in elevation views, etc.
• A new layer was added to "Dimension Invisible Walls"
• A new "Wall Fills" layer will fill walls with light grey on the floor plan view in Wireframe/Hidden Line modes
• Added a new layer "Show for Face Frame" for door dimensions so that you can see door sizes on elevation/face views for Face Frame cabinets
• Tools may now be marked as "Pocket" type and "Use Pocket Tool" is now an option for pocketing tools
• Added Job Notes option to the Job tab. Notes can be defined, and used as variables throughout Mozaik.

Optimizer

• Nested parts can now be bumped in 4 directions. Keyboard shortcuts are also added to bump, rotate, and group/ungroup parts.
• Added a “Cutout Tool per Material” option to toolsets. This option will be available when multiple cutout tools exist in the same toolset. Users may define a default cutout tool, as well as add a unique cutout tool per material.

• Added a "Sequence Large Parts First" checkbox. This can often save 1 or more sheets per job, depending on the quantity and size of the parts.
• Part cutout toolpaths can use a “Staydown” strategy.
• Added Zoom Extents button to Optimize Patterns tab
• Added "Reverse Roll Label Order" option for printing roll labels in the Optimizer.
• Added "Add for Blind Bore" field to Tools Library to allow for depth adjustments to compensate for tool geometry for holes that do not drill through the material. 
• Columns may be hidden in the Optimizer’s Parts tab.
• The Machine setup dialog has been reorganized. Saw and CNC subtypes have been added, and conflicting settings for each have been removed. 

• Parts can now be packed to all corners of a sheet. 
• Added ability to set minimum remnant size for Auto-cut Remnants
• New <XZeroBL> post variable was added to allow for top-right and bottom-right machine origins. 
• GCode output directories can now be defined per machine.
• Custom GCode Filenames can now be specified
• A new Toolpath properties dialog was added, encompassing all existing Cutout and Dado options.

• Toolpath/Dado/Pocket Properties are now stored per machine instead of once globally.
• You can now set First Pass or Second Pass to climb or conventional in Cutout Properties
• Rectangular pockets may now be set to Spiral or Raster with an optional radius
• Cutout toolpath sorting algorithm revamped - toolpaths are now sorted to minimize tool travel distance - small parts may be optionally sorted by area

Optimizer - Enterprise features

• Added support for single-part machining centres, including Point-to-point pod and rail machines, Vertical CNCs, and Horizontal drill and dowel machines. In the initial release, post processors will be available for Biesse, Homag, and SCM machines, however, more machines will be supported in the future. We will also have the ability to support machines that process .cix, .mpr and .xcs file formats. 

• Optimizer Runs - Break larger jobs into smaller runs by adding the capacity to save multiple optimizations for one job.

• Machine Templates - Users can choose which parts to send to which machine(s) based on the part properties. Special cases can also be added.

• A new CSV formatting tool has been added to allow users to customize CSV files for Beam Saw export.

• Fixed an issue that could cause adjustable shelves to be too short in certain top shape configurations
• Fixed an issue that could cause partition adjustable shelf bore to be in the wrong location after certain adjustments
• Fixed an issue that could cause mid hinge overrides not to show the correct number of hinges on a non-overridden door
• "Create CNC Labels" checkbox should now remember state after pushing Save Defaults
• Pattern printouts on certain sheet sizes should no longer show the GCode information overlapping the sheet layout image

Mozaik Version 13.0.6

• Emailing jobs to the helpdesk now requires you to choose a Registration Country under Help>About. There is also an option to Export the job data under File>Export so that the job data can be manually attached to an email.
• Fixed an issue that could cause tool groups with multiple passes from the same tool to gcode in the incorrect order
• X and Y axes in the diagram on the CNC Machine Properties dialog should now properly reflect whether axes have been swapped
• Fixed an issue that could cause flipside operations on lock stamps not to appear in the right place in the thumbnail/shape editor
