How to change the email address on your Mozaik account

This guide will walk you through the process of updating the email address associated with your Mozaik account.

To ensure security and correctly link your information, you cannot directly edit an existing email address. Instead, you will need to create a new user profile with your new email address and then invite that new user to your primary account. Please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Create a new user profile

First, you will register a new contact using your new email address.

  1. Navigate to the Cyncly account portal at https://account.cyncly.com/index.html#/signin?theme=mozaik.
  2. Select the Create Account option.
  3. Complete the registration form with your details and your desired new email address.
  4. Check the inbox of your new email address for an activation message and follow the instructions to activate the account.

Step 2: Invite the new user to your Mozaik account

Next, you will need to log in with your old credentials to add the new user you just created.

  1. Log in to your Mozaik account using your old email address (the one you wish to stop using).
  2. Go to the Manage Users & Sessions section.
  3. Click on Add New User.
  4. Enter the contact information for the new user profile you created in Step 1.
  5. Click Add to add the new user to your account.

Step 3: Finalise the change

Once you have successfully added the new user to your account, please contact the Mozaik support team. Let us know that you have followed this process so we can set your new email address as the primary contact and deactivate the old one.
