How to request your first Authorization code

After subscribing to Mozaik, your order is processed by an administration team member at Mozaik. This happens during US business hours. Usually, if you subscribe to Mozaik during Australian or New Zealand daytime hours, you will receive the welcome email overnight (weekends excluded).

Once you receive the welcome email, you can download Mozaik Software and install it on your computer.

There are two pieces of information Mozaik will need from you to be able to generate your Authorization code:

  1. Your UserID
Your UserID is generated by your computer when installing Mozaik Software. Mozaik will not know what your UserID is until you inform them by emailing your UserID to code@mozaiksoftware.com
It is important that this email comes from the same email address that you used when subscribing to Mozaik as this is the email associated with your account. Please avoid communicating with Mozaik from multi different email addresses. 

2. Signed and Completed Recurring Authorization Form
Please download and complete this form. Then return it to code@mozaiksoftware.com 

The form must be completed and signed by the same person who subscribed online. Forms will not be accepted if the form details do not match the order. 


This form is required to set up the direct debit for the first three months of your subscription. Without this signed form, Mozaik will not provide any codes. The Webstore Order Number is the last five digits of your invoice number. You can find this by referring to the order confirmation email you will receive instantly after subscribing. 

We recommend emailing both the UserID and the signed PDF in the same email to avoid any confusion or delay in receiving your Authorization code.
